Paul Clayton
Managing Director

Paul has been in the labelling industry since forever, and as MD, ensuring that our business is performing in the way it needs to and supporting his team are top of Paul’s (rather long) priority list. Paul also thrives on getting to know our customers, and enjoys the satisfaction of working on a particular label style or finish to enhance a piece of packaging, and then seeing the final result.

Richard Payne
Production Manager

Richard’s 27 years of labelling expertise make him the ideal production manager - manufacturing safety, efficiency and quality are all under his charge. Richard is always looking to improve things at Royston Labels and says that he’s happy to work in an environment where being given the best tools to produce the best quality products is a reality. He also knows a lot about military history, and spends time restoring WW2

Phil Bradnam
Technical Manager

With 23 years in the print and packaging industry, Phil certainly knows his stuff, working up to management level, his drive and creative mind helps colleagues and customers alike with innovative ideas and concepts which push the boundaries beyond the "normal" Phil has played the piano since he was seven, which he thoroughly enjoys, along with a love of art and skiing. When asked to say one thing to summarise our industry he replied “Labels sell products....full stop.”

Martin Hughes
Senior Account Manager

In his own words, Martin’s favourite part of working at Royston labels is Project management – cradle to grave. His wealth of industry knowledge and labelling expertise make him a perfect account manager as he can advise on even the most complex jobs with authority. Martin’s preferred labelling effect is strong silk screen text on matt labels, which he sees as a simple effect that portrays great quality, and he takes pride in his achievements when seeing his final product in the shops.

Lucia Coladangelo
Account Manager

Lucia is passionate about the industry she works in, loves the fast-paced and competitive environment, and works closely with her customers to identify their needs and ensure their expectations are met. Strong, contrasting colours and foiled labels are Lucia’s particular favourites, such as our product for Along Came Betty. Lucia is a firm believer that labels sell products, increase brand awareness and in turn increase product profitability.

Toni Vallis
Accounts Assistant

Toni maintains our purchase and sales ledgers, and at the same time is able to assist with some of the accounting tasks. Toni is always sending out reports and statistics to help the Sales team, something which she’s only recently taken over and is really enjoying. Most of Toni’s free time is spent with her daughter, but she also likes swimming and boxing.

Andy Lazarus
Studio Manager

Andy's experience and technical know-how make him well suited to driving our busy reprographic department. Andy is focused on quality, and has a wealth of specialist knowledge of colour, foiling and delivering brand consistency.




Kelvin Cater
Quality Manager

Kelvin joined Royston Labels in April 2016 , he has 25 years experience in managing Quality Systems within in a number of high technology businesses he reviews and maintains our integrated management systems for quality and safety. Accredited with PS9000:2011 and ISO9001:2008, Royston Labels is committed to continually reviewing its business processes, and driving improvements to benefit our customers.

   

Michele Delow
Financial Controller

Michele started with Royston Labels in June 2015, Michele joins us with 10 years post accountancy qualification experience including project management roles with 3 international companies.  Michele brings with her a wealth of experience in managing the Finance function and is looking forward to a long career with Royston Labels.
